yeah thats like in a story of Weiss and Hickman \"Gate of Death\" (i think that\'s its name in English because i read it in dutch, called: \"Poort des Doods\"  :] )
In that book there were 2 super-powerful races: Patryns and Sartans. The 2 used rune-magic, the Sartans sang the runes and the Patryns drew the runes in the air. Those Patryns looked like humans but the only difference between humans and Patryns were that the skin of a Patryn was full of tattoos (rune-tattoos to make their magic stronger).

It\'s a good strory actually, a serie of 7 books... I just finished them. I surely recommend them to all fantasy-lovers here...
Hmmm, if u dont like fantasy.. WOT R U DOING HERE?!? :P

This is an awesome idea, my Lemur could get a giant brain that he could channel almost all magic with. That book sounds cool, where did you find it?

There would have to be a limited accessory of tatooes for the sake of lag of course. Kinda like Black & White, but without the importing option.

Maybe you could also use magic to improve some senses, or boost reflexes and strength. Anyone play Shadowrun? It would be similar to the cyberware rules. Maybe there could also be venomed fangs?

What\'s prehensile mean again? Is that were it has muscles allowing it to move more like a limb than a fly swatter?

It would be awesome to see a Klyros with four wings like a dragon fly!
