Merchants :> Harnquist, Brado, someone else... Or you can ambush a Rogue, Gladiator, or Bandit, but you\'re going to need a pretty good weapon to begin with, to tackle those. Players often sell weapons with the /auction command ( bleh :/ ) or you can RP that you are looking for a weapon better than those sold by Harn.

The best way to get a weapon is to find Drey and hug him... He might drop a 44 slash longsword or such :<
But besides that, what Karyuu said might be useful too, I guess...

a 44... thats it? HAHAHH! the merc has given me a Frosty Broad sword <54 slash> and a Firey broadsword<54 slash also> which is really funny because i bought a firey one and then killed the merc once and got a firey one... and ending up selling it for like 100 less because i didnt want to feel bad because of overpricing some new person or something... and i really want the devs to make it where you can SEE what type it is... like the fire would be on fire and the frost might have ice hagging off of it or something lol! that would be so cool because fire and icy is a horribly great mixture... which doesnt but does make sense... anyways... i say the merc is the best way... about 30+ dual weapons should be enough to kill him... actaully... no scratch that... 34 and 20... because those are the first two slash weapons i killed him with... so about 27 as the average and up to beat him... so about 50 slash per hit will kill him in like 4 hits...

...You do realize that you have to kill a merc to get his goods, but hug a Drey? Now you figure, which one is simpler? ;)

...54 Broad Sword isn\'t really better than 44 longsword... Longies are faster, I believe...

yes, but these are sucky.


i tend to give what ever i have on me for free, i am believing that daggers are the best... claymores and broadswords are too slow. one of the best i think are the shortswords.
