Basically put, theres all sorts of memory handling issues in the client, which may build up to a stall and/or crash or may do nothing. However, even if you never get close to a problem, it\'s got to deal with them on exit. And, then it\'s time for strange things... Usually, you can just let it crash/close slowly in the background, but if you\'ve been playing for a while, it\'s often needed to start terminating things. (especially if you have low mem) Just comes with the pre-alpha territory...

What exactly are the errors you\'re getting associated with these files? If you can post all the info you have about your particular incarnation of this issue, we might eventually be able to do something about it. (the operative word is: eventually)
