Usually there is a number at the end of that message, and usually the problem is sound related. Go to the PlaneShift Setup (C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift Crystal Blue\\pssetup.exe, or Start->Program Files->PlaneShift Crystal Blue->PlaneShift Setup, on Windows), and choose \"Off\" under sound options.
If this doesn\'t work... we really need to know those numbers :)
