Only 1/2 the screen?! Confusing...
« on: October 04, 2005, 01:31:20 pm »
I just finished downloading the game, but when I launched, half my screen is in the upper left hand corner, and I can\'t see it to move it! What to do, what to do?!

Open the setup (start->programs->planeshift crystal blue->planeshift setup if you are on windows) and then change the resolution so it matches yours.

It still confuses me that so many people run their computers at low resolutions...  If you aren\'t running at LEAST 1024x768 you need to change that...  If you run the game at a higher resolution than your computer, guess what\'ll happen?...

A lot of people prefer to have PS running in windowed mode, as then they can easily switch between other programs.
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

Windowed mode also has the added benefit that it crashes less painlessly...  :P  (fullscreen hates giving dumps, too...)
