Interesting idea... If we could use maps, then these would obviously be on those. Anyhow, perhaps only \'famous\' people can have wonders named after them(and perhaps runned by them). What I mean is that people who have contributed a lot to the game, or forums, perhaps, can have wonders based on them.

Also, perhaps the wonders can have a unique feature that no other \'thing\' like it has. For example, Xolon\'s smithy might have a special effect that no other smithy has. Anyways, that\'s what I think, even though I kind of stole it off Civilization III, in which differect wonders give different effects. At least I think I did...

I want to be able to see \"Wonders\" in dungeons too.  Most games\' dungeons are rather monotonous...  I want to battle monsters in a huge cave with a spiral rock-like tower in the center with spiraling stairs around it. :D

I would also like to see more \"realistic\" settings. Rooms that have a purpose other than just being there.

If a dungeons purpose is indeed to trap foolish wanderers than labyrinths and traps make sense. But a castle that is someone\'s home should seem just that. Although Princess Aelya\'s may have some different concepts of \"home\" ;)

I don\'t think its a good idea to name a wonder after someone. I would hate to see a grandueeristsic statue with someone named \"UbEr_DaDdY_4EvEr\". Maybe they could explain how the heros got their statues in thee fictional mythology of the game. Dungeons should look better. I think their wonders should be incredible, but in a scary way.

Please , give the devs more credit than to think they would name ANYTHING after a \"UbEr_DaDdY_4EvEr\"

I think Kada El earned her tavern in PS because of her contribution to the PS fan community. Thats all I am suggesting and I would limit it to pre-final release fans as their loyalty of sorts helped bring about the final product.

i dont think the dev\'s will only let the original people of PS because they said they\'d get no benefits except seeing PS go through the phases, and unless they changed their minds completely, im assuming that is the case

probably be easier to earn it if you have been around longer though :P

wow, ok this is what I get for ignoring PS for a while.  So many new threads...

I really like this idea, it would be very cool to walk around the world running into structures (or maybe some ruins? ) named after somebody.

Along the same lines, how about sort of \"relic\" items named after the dev\'s.  Like Boonet\'s hammer (hammer just because he is carpenter/forger of the world)...On second thought, maybe that isin\'t such a good idea, but i wont delete it, just to get some feedback.

Actually both of the gods are named after the devs. Talad and his friend ..... the other guy....lol, nah, and Laanx.
Laanx seems to be more diabolical though, so yeah, I am with him/her.<--- story is confusing :D

Just to precise a point, it\'s those 2 devs that took the name of the gods that were present in the original PS story, dating years ago. Not the gods being named like them.

ahhh how interesting.

Yeah alucard, the story is confusing. Laanx starts off a female doesnt she? Then in the end, is she male? or he female? or... I dunno, maybe I just dont have very good comprehension.

Interesting. If the names are kept fairly realistic, then th statue named after someone would work. Otherwise, it would just make the game look sad, like UO. Would it just change the name of a town statue, or create a new one for every character that does something for that town?

Well, It wouldn\'t be fair if someone\'s statue was \"replaced\".

But statues should only be for people who save the entire town from absolute destruction, and it should be limited to about 3 structures per town.

Well, since statues are not the only way they\'d be honored, then that\'d be kinda hard, besides, if it was statues then all the have to do is put the lesser ones in some kind of building or other

not complicated :P
