When I launch the PS game the box before the loading screen says this could you help me?, I want to know if this might be the reason I haven\'t been able to ping or play the game for a week.  I\'ve already gotten all of the updates and I disabled all firewalls and every thing and it still says server will not respond come to the forums for more information.  Is windows version down?

Sorry about double post but I need an answer so if anyone can help please.  So here it goes.

this is what it says whenever I click the launch planeshift before i enter the loading screen it goes very fast and took me forever to get what it said, so i\'m just wondering if this is a problem.  Also I have windows, I don\'t know if windows version is down or not haven\'t seen any post yet that say so.

-I\'ve done all of the updates.
-disabled all fire-walls
-I have dial-up maybe bad connection?

Recently had the same message for my Windows client (visible in the console if you run the game from there). But sound works anyway, I didn\'t pay much attention therefore.
