I am not sure if this would happen in all the fountains, but the fountain in the plaze near the sewer entrance. NPC Ruvia Talon is close by.
If you jump in the right spot you launch yourself several hundred feet into the sky and the view is breathtaking from up there. I had to try it several times just to see all the sites..
You die upon the landing of course, but I found it to be quite entertaining.
I searched throuh the fourms to see if this had been reported and found no mention of it, I do apologize if this has been reported previously.
