ok so i just maade this in wings. its 903 polygons. about 2 hours work or so.  its my first attempt at a complete creature model, i think it could use some work. but i need some guidance as to what to do and how to do this.  
anyway here it is :

Great render, 4/5.
But...
You subdivided the image. Don\'t do that, it creates more polygons and verticles. Which create alot of lagg. If I were you, create \"flat/boxed\" creatures. Then you can UV map them, to make them look smoothe.

Aye... try to keep all works from one author in one thread, as much as possible. It will reduce cluttering the forum, especially when threads like this tend to have such generic and unimaginative names (\"monster\").
