I need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i log in, i get a message that says loading world, then i get a pop up that says something unexspected has occured... how do i fix this?????

and the new download didnt work so i had to use a mirror... i created a char already...

What is the number of the error you get, and have you tried disabling sound through PS setup? Also make sure that you have updated (perhaps several times), and preferrably in recover mode. Another suggestion may be to change your active mirror in updaterconfig.xml, located in your main PS directory - from 1 to 3.

Hello,

My guesses are that either the server crashed while you were loading the world (it has crashed several times today, the latest time being just minutes ago), or you are missing files and need to run the Updater.
