when i go into a hole like the sewers and stuff sometimes is goes all fuzzy and it repeats bits of the picture over and over again really close together (hard to explain)
anyways sometimes wen im goin to the diamond mine the map does load properly and it does this then i take a few steps and i fall into the hole and i die (which i shouldn\'t) but its only for the ladder on the front right.

it\'s called the hom effect (_h_all _o_f _m_irrors). it is an engine effect common to all 3rd engines. first documented in doom. google is your friend for more information.
