Flame Crash

I keep crashing when using flame burst.  I know this happened in the past, but I thought it got fixed.  Also, it seemed to only crash when I was fighting the rogue near the magic shop.  (I fought the mercenaries in the arena for 10 minutes and didn\'t crash once.  At the rogue, I crash while killing every other rogue).

i often have a similar problem with the flame burst spell but usually when its cast against me.  again this usually happens in the magic shop area, which seems particularly buggy lately

addition: it also happens when i level up red way. this time it was in the arena

This is one of the longer outstanding bugs.  No one\'s been able to do anything with it for a while, probably because not everyone gets it.

Oh also, 2 things.
1) I notice it only really crashes when you either kill something using the spell or get it to a really low health.  Since I started lowering the creatures\' healths down to 20% with the spell and finishing them off with my weapons, I haven\'t crashed.

2) When I get that Access Violation Error, or whatever it is called it says it is at 005967FD.
