Acces violation errors

I keep getting this thing after my client crash every 2 minutes and sometimes in a second after I log in:


Something unexpected happened  in Planeshift: Crystal Blue
Details: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at (random letters and numbers)

I save the .dmp files but I don\'t know how to update them. I tried an ftp client but it didn\'t work.

I\'m running WinXP SP2

My sound is off, but nothing changed. Need help :(

they aren\'t random. what is the location of the access violation?

when I enter ins sewers to kill rats.

We have that nice button at the top. Just click on it and enter the error number as I did for you. It would give you several results with the same error number and they all seems to be sound related, so disabling sound in the Planeshift Setup should solve your problem with crashes.
