Why in the hell do people leave? why cant they just become sortof inactive.. and then just stop in every so often.. or at least keep their accounts so they can make a random post every year or two

From seeing it on a number of forums, when it\'s not for attention it\'s to make a point or say something.  In this case, individuals claim to be leaving due to a change in the culture of the community.

It\'s up to you to decide whether or not it\'s worth paying attention to.  If you decide its worth paying attention to it, the question becomes whether or not they\'re truly leaving because of the reason they claim.

basically it comes down to this

People are here for at least one of the 3 reasons

1. They like the game so are here for the game

2. There here for the community and have fun there

3. There currently involved in making the game

if your not in at least 1 of the 3  then you should be asking yourself why your here

We should make a players graveyard and add players names who have left and had an impact on the ps community.

Can we petitiont he developers for a gravestone or wall of the dead that has the names of those people? or name son mouse over.. you could just put it under a tree somewhere. or in the city.. or anything it be cool

Guys! It\'s not that big of a deal :P I don\'t understand it. It\'s not like the players actually died, they\'re around and available to talk to. They just don\'t play the game anymore and don\'t frequent the forums or IRC. Do you have any idea how many awesome players passed by through the years and decided to pass on after some time? Officially memorializing each and every one of them, no matter how amazing and incredibly fun they were, is silly :) I\'ve loved (and granted, still love) Draklar to bits and pieces, but let\'s pull ourselves together here.

Moogie was planeshift! she was there in the beginning and then she was a mod. and then it was like.. wtf the core of planeshift itself is leaving? it only seemed like that because how prominent and everywhere she was.

and now Draklar too!.. its like.. nervous breakdown! midlife crisis! im having a heart attack.  I was sad when halfpint stopped showing up.. but this is devastating!

In my time here, Talad and Vengeance are the only people that have stayed with the project.  People come and people go.  Hopefully some will return back .
