trading post Forums

It would be nice to have a board in the forums designated just for people who are looking to buy things and a board disignated for selling things.  Why? this is like putting up a billboard for all to see so people know that they want something and so a person can sell or get something easier.

Technically, this would go under forum requests/forum issues, not wishlist.

I can understand where you\'re coming from, as sometimes it is extremely difficult to set up a trade.
It\'d be useful, but I\'d not want to see it as a auction place. More like a billboard, with things like: \"Broadsword, 400 trias. Inquire to Kai\'ht for more details.\" as you had said.

EDIT\'d to correct a fact.

We have the Hydlaa Message Board in the In-Game RP forum, and I think that\'s enough - as Darkblade said, I\'d hate to see auctions taking place out of the game, because that\'s completely OOC. So if you have something to offer or if you are searching for something, feel free to post over there :)

No.  The buying and selling of weapons is supposed to happen in game and in character according to game mechanics and community mechanics.  An out of character forum to do such thing would be devestating.

I was reading some old PS news and found this

So it was possible to buy and sell out of game-I\'m guessing.  But it was limited items only to a certain merchant?

That merchant page was from Molecular Blue, when there simply were no merchant NPCs in-game at all. This has changed, and so there will no longer be any out-of-game selling or buying of items.

The clip is an April Fool\'s joke ;)
