Woah there :) Okay, let\'s take care of this step by step. What is your operating system, a Mac OSX? Windows? Upon installation, even if there is no desktop icon, you have a folder in your Program Files (Windows) with PlaneShift Crystal Blue data. Find psclient.exe, and run it :) There is absolutely no reason to reinstall it over and over. Also, the game doesn\'t update by itself - you have to run the PlaneShift updater manually (it\'s in the main PS directory, as well).
Make sure that you aren\'t using your forum account, by the way - a lot of people make that mistake - and the server is also down at the moment so you simply can\'t log in. No one can ;) But the game doesn\'t uninstall by itself.
As for the game screen being off-center, that means you are running at a really low screen resolution. Try to change the resolution to 1024x768 at least - all monitors should support this nowadays. As an alternative, open pssetup.exe and change the size of the game window from there (you can also run it in fullscreen mode, if you\'ll like).
