PS Weapon System

Just wondering -
What\'s the weapon system planned to be like? Dmg/delay? Or what? Thats the only type I have seen before.

The easiest way to do this is divide the damage in dices. The weapon could also get a delay number which gives the time needed to preform the attack and get ready to attack agian.

I thought i heard them talking about AD&D but I don\'t know that for sure.
