use a Bit Torrent client that doesn\'t need the tracker to keep track of the peers. Something like Azureus works well. If you are running azureus, make sure the \'decetralized tracking\' or something along those lines (sorry, at work. don\'t know the actual name of the setting off the top of my head) is checked. you should just connect to other peers without the tracker. Then it just depends on who\'s willing to give you thier bandwidth. my best suggestion: go get a book and just wait.
