That number isn\'t listed in the Crashes and Diagnostic Files thread, but a search brings up previously created threads on the issue. Have you updated correctly?

Current client version is 0.3.013 (updater is 1.1.0.0)

I added the error number for safety in the list.

And, yes, theoretically that error means you have simply to update!
