Forum Server failing

The forum seems to be running erratically for me right now, sometimes I see the following message when trying to open it:

Quote
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@hydlaa.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.hydlaa.com Port 80

*Update: The error suddenly stopped happening, so this became obsolete.

*Second Update: Now another error message appeared suddenly:

This used to happen a lot when the forums just moved to the new bandwidth limited host. It still happens to me once in a while, so I guess it just means the forums are being accessed a lot at that time. It always works again a bit later.
