Hi,

I\'m not a programmer, but I think you neither need nor have a proxy, proxy servers are commonly used to redirect services like http,ftp etc.
Can\'t belive you/your provider got a proxy for high port 13331, which this game is  using....(well its possible, but rather improbable)

have you perhaps a packet filter /personal firewall running that blocks traffic on high ports ?
