*It\'s a dark night and rain keeps pouring. There are few people in the plaza besides the shady informants that icon the ruthless thirst for power. Sangwa summons their attention with a whistle familiar to most rogues. No one comes near, but he knows he is being listened to. He begins his speech, in a soft voice:*
 
Yliakum is missing the presence of ambition. Brothers of shadow, I ask you to relay the following message to your superiors, if you have them:
The Dark Empire will be hosting a Dark Assembly. The finality of such gathering will be to discuss the current actions and paths we, the siblings of darkness, are undertaking.
Time and place will be disclosed later, seeing that I need more information about the availability of those who wish to adhere.
 
OOC: Currently the evil players of planeshift have been rather vague and unconsistent. DE is trying to host a meeting of those who have chosen this path for their characters, to discuss how to make our presence something more relevant. And also to have a good time roleplaying together.
The gathering will be carried out in Laanx, the game server. Contact me to know the time and place of the meeting. Obviously I\'ll only divulge it to those I see fit: seem to share the evil alignment.

OOC: I wish to echo such words rather than to repeat them in a duplicate post.
For many months and long hours I have been working the delicate networks of the many guilds in an attempt to take a census of those who would call themselves dark or evil be it a order or guild, but not to as to uncover but to open channels for at the very least what assistance we might offer each other.

Whilst I understand that and have seen by many examples that their are those whom wish to remain anonymous or hidden, it is important to see understanding and wisdom in the words echoed by Sangwa in the above quote.

Let us re-open the lines of communication that existed once before but without wants, needs or demands that was so inevitably doomed and destroyed before.  Can you not still hear the once beating heart of darkness which for those did long ago feed.
