download problem

whats up with the servers ? even the torrent file isnt working, and i cant find any posts or news updates about the downloads being down. actualy the direct link the entire site seems to be down, for me at least. the torrent just tells me it rejected my connection

The website loads fine for me.. maybe the connection is being evil on your side?

The first mirror listed starts the client download just fine.

actually it was working fine last night, up until about noon today..oh also im talking about the linux downloads. maybe my ip got hit with a ban or something because my network was acting funny, and i think i was the victum of a little wana-b  hacker earlyr today...well i just got a server not found error while posting this to

Ah, I see.. The Linux downloads are starting over here as well, so the problem is most likely in the connection between you and the servers. Perhaps wait it out a bit? BitTorrent should be working though, since it's a completely separate download application. It may not find any connections if you've a firewall/router in place, so you may need to open a port.

ill just wait for a while, i cant block any more ports then are already open im not using a router, no firewall at all, must just be a problem with my DHCP  thanx  and sorry to waist ur time if this is true

EDIT: oh my just delete this topic, it was my DHCP server had to be reinstalled
im sorry about this
but hey at least now we know that when somones having this problem on linux to tell them to go reinstall the dhcp
i still feel like a total friggin idiot iv been on ubuntu long nuff to know i need to install my dhcp  :(
