I have worked on downloadeding PS client 15b for several hours and have failed to do it i have downloaded IZArc have followed DaveG's insturctions word by word and have failed to be able to play it i even deleted mt bitorrent and because it wouldn't redownload i had to use a mirror so for God's sake someone have mercy on me and tell me what i need to do to get it to work

what error messages are you getting?
have you run the updater?

when i try to logg on it says you dont have the right version and yes i have run the updater but it never completes it justs stops about half way done and then the window closes

You have to apply the patch first - the .zip that you download and extract into your PS directory. Nilrem made a very thorough but basic list of update steps as well, if the instructions in the sticky give you trouble. Follow those steps, and if you run into any issues, give us as much detail as possible along with the step number.
