Found a Glyph, but I can't pick it up

Hello, I found a glyph, but I can't pick it up, is that normal? I even trained the magic (Red way) to try, but no luck

If it's in the Temple or the Magic Shop on a desk or something where it would normally be expected to be, you can't pick it up. Some items are just placed for their "decorative" value in certain locations :}
