Some translations have already been worked on, I think - German and French. Basic things like names of commands, help files, etc. The language to be spoken in public within the game is English however, so I don't think it makes a large difference overall :>

Well, the game itself is English and is going to remain English I believe. This is to prevent nationality splits in the official community - we want everyone to be one big group, play in the same world and be able to share the same adventures instead of having a group of French folks in one corner, Germans in another, etc. People are generally very understanding here if you have some difficulties with English, and will be willing to help you out if you need it.
