how do i get my updater to work

i have tried about 1million ways to make it work and nothing i repeate nothing will make it  work i tried unziping it but i dont see how i got both unzip  files thing that u  get winra and IZArc both and nothing i havea  windows and it  says it is hard to unzip  cuase windows  is kinda wierd so if u can help me pls pls pls leave a message >:(plus  every time i try to update  it say trying to find mirrors i have dled every last mirror on this website downloaded it to my pc went to updater thing and it keep saying your version is  older then the new version pls dl the newer version  and when i do  it comes up saying mir1 not found mir2 error halting update  to check  somthing and when that happens a pop error say somthing abot getting newer version

I presume you are on Windows - so have you installed the patch? Follow the "Install Instructions" sticky in this forum section: download the patch.zip, open it, and take all the files inside that patch out and put them into your main PlaneShift folder. This is by default C:\Program Files\PlaneShift Crystal Blue. When you get a window asking if you want to overwrite, click on Yes. After that, run the game updater: updater.exe

Please try to use punctuation - I have a difficult time understanding such long run-on sentences. You have a lot of time to spend writing your messages on the forum, so take it. It really helps :}

If you have downloaded IZArc, read the help file on how to unzip files. This is a very basic computer operation, and we cannot simplify every step further and further. Every application should come with some sort of support, so look through it and figure out how to unzip and extract. You need to put those files into your main PS directory, and then run the updater.
