Hi,

Hmm, I'm not 100% certain, but you could try dragging it over your character's portrait. I think this performs a general '/use' command. At least I managed to eat my beer mug that way. :P

equip it in your mind... it's right beneath the two rings in your inventory/equipment screen :)
