My problem is that i have two quests (at least the ones i'm doing right now) that involve giving objects to people in Ojaveda but those NPCs (involving Toda and the blacksmith [forgot his name
] "do not need that" as they like to say. Right now i just have three quests activated (Weapon Identification, Ring of Familiar, and Golden Ring). in the case of the weapon identification quest i made my way directly towards the NPC i needed to give that item to but this NPC would not take it because "****** does not need that". same thing with the "golden ring" quest. i just don't know any further so please help me.
PS: I tried to leave out any NPC names that could spoil the quests to any.
