After quitting game I found I could not run planeshift again.

 The problem was after quitting game, I found that in pssetup, none of the bits were checked, click on 32 bit it run again no problem.

Very interesting.  I don't think we've seen this before and I'm glad you found a fix.  It may just be a .cfg file problem, or else it's something writing bad data to the config files.
