Raising your strenght

Hi!

I was just wondering how I can raise my strenght past 90... when I tried to raise it more it said you cannot raise this skill currently. So how I can raise it more? I have enought mone to buy the skill and i have plenty of progression points left.

Forever paranoid of giving too much info, I direct you to this post. Every time Dagger/knife skill 5 is mentioned, imagine it's talking about your Strength stat 90
