Weight issue 33/70.5 but can't pick anything up

I just updated to the new client, and started having weight issues. Started dropping things when giving them to NPC's and couldn't pick them up again.

I did have some stuff in sacks and noticed that the weight calculation changed when I put things in sacks...I tried emptying out sacks and dropping them, but I'm down to 33/70.5 for weight, but can't pick anything else up. Tried restarting client. Tried having someone else picking things up and trading them back, but no go

Anyone else having such issues after the update? I didn't see any recent posts about this...Anyone know how to fix?

you have put to much in your sacks. The weight limit is not enabled.
so you nee to empty your inventory, then empty your sacks.
If you are at 33/70.5 now, you probly have way more than 70 in you sacks.

I did the same thing but had everything drop, luckily there were a few fast honest folks around. I got my valuble stuff back, but a few people ran off with some armor and gold.
This is bug exploitation, and is not allowed. I dont think your gonna get much more help, other than what I suggested.

Thanks, I didn't have the sacks anymore, but I tried giving everything in my inventory to a friend. Most of the stuff just dissapeared when we traded (didn't fall on the ground, didn't stay in my inventory, didn't show up in her inventory, just gone...), but now I can pick up more than 33.

When I logged back in in the morning my disappeared stuff was back in my inventory, go figure...

I'm also having the same problem, also when a potion's effect ends it drops things on the ground at random. I was not very lucky also with the honesty of people around, I got robbed ... This is extremely annoying and I think I'll stop playing for a while because I don't play to get mad after bad people. This sack problem is also a problem to RP, because when you start wondering about technical issues, RP stops.

I think that in case of weight issues; movement could be extremely impaired, maybe until any move is impossible, but the player should be able to decide whether he will drop something, trade it or drink a potion.

When it comes to dishonest people exploiting bugs that force people to drop most of their inventory, maybe they should remember this fun little fact:  When you pick something up, the system tells everyone in the vicinity who picked what up.  Somehow I think the GM's would be interested in getting logs or screenshots of something like that if it were to happen again.

But some people don't know about this bug and they take your stuff and they think is nothing wrong. I have to say that this bug is f---ing annoying, I lost a lot of money.
