problem with weakness spells

yeah ill say this right now my comp specs are 704 ram and 1.9 gigs prosesser and donno what my graphics card is but i can play the game perfectly exsept for when i try to cast the weakness spell i just learned and its like the first one i learned i turned on vertex buffer thingy and i even swiched it to 15 bit and 800x600 res but it dident do anything it still does it and i donno whats rong somone plz help me and i donno if my graphics are up to date but this is a newish computer and i have the latest direct x and all that donno what my graphics drivers are tho

Hiyeah,  I'm going to assume we're running windows.  To check what your graphics card is:

Your graphics card model and driver version you can see by typing dxdiag into the Windows run command, and looking at the "Display" tab.)

PS uses openGL, not directX so, that shouldn't be an issue.
