Hello everyone.  Just registered so I wanted to introduce myself.  I\'m currently downloading the MB demo.  Looking forward tp being a part of Planeshift.
Cheers!

Hi Ergoth!
Just thought I\'d also introduce myself in this thread instead of starting a new one - I\'ve been lurking for a couple months.
Here\'s to hoping that the mac and linux versions will be ready soon!

PS- Any of the devs know what still has to be done with the mac version?

Thanks  :)

The mac version is up and working...  it is just very slow in OpenGL mode.  Our mac guy is working on it, but those types of problems are VERY difficult to solve and will not be solved overnight.

He may release a \"slow\" client just to show it exists one of these days though.

Yeah, I\'m aware of the opengl slowness... I\'ll try and peice together a version from CVS & the windows download, as I was advised on IRC.
On the crystalspace walktest demo, software rendering usually beats openGL, which isn\'t the way we\'d like things.
