You mentioned that two of your characters load just fine - what is the name of the one that crashes?

It wont load up it always says microsoft visual c++ runtime libary and it shuts down . Oh yeah ... i had 3 characters and 2 didnt work BUT the third toon loads, i can hear the music.Then it says the runtime libary thing.....

Does it also say (before) that you might want to save a diagnostic file?
Do you have the file errorlog.txt? Can you copy the last 10 lines of it in a message here?

The system spec: do you know what kind of computer are you using? if not, execute dxdiag from start->run and read some data there about your computer.

I usually run Ps on Linux but i've noticed that the last versin of Ps crashes on Win if you are not running it with Admin powers. It loads the first screen, makes you chose the char you want to use and then crashes. Maybe you're running it as normal user?
