Problems Loading Map in game

Can anyone help me please i have been playing planeshift for a long time now and meet the specs in order to play it but yesturday I got to a position near the huge waterfall and the game crashed, now when I login with username and password the World begins to load and it says LOADING WORLD and then before the world is due to load an error appears EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 6963AA85 is it possibble that my last known position in the game is the cause of this error, my character may have a hit a point the in the game that will continue to error until the character is moved. Thank you

We're going to need to know your character name before anyone can move it to a safe spot.

My Characters name is Lionardi, this problem has never affected me before, waterfalls etc, the only problem i get is wheen someone casts a certain spell. i enable the vertex buffer but sometimes when i face a certain direction the game will slow down so i just attempt to avoid the spells and keep vertex buffer off.

Could you please just try to move my character to a safe position and i will try to avoid my last location. Thankyou
