weapon value change

When I make any weapon as long as they are apart they hold their original value but when placed together the values change and a weapon chances from 232/232 to 193/150 or things like that?

If you stack two items of different value the number before the slash is averaged and the the number after the slash will be the value of the item that the second item was dropped onto.  That means if you drop a 232/232 weapon onto a 150/150 weapon you will end up with two 191/150 weapons.  Of course this may very well change as things are updated.
