So, i've been playing for while, and i've been comparing the skills system with other games' skill systems, and i think that this skill system, which is a great idea, has one big flaw. The skill points are to hard to get.
In DND,(Dungeons and Dragons), the system gives you very few skill points, which you can only get when you gain a level, but one is enough to raise a skill by one. the Attributes, like speed, strength, endurance, etc. are upgraded seperatly, keeping the main stats from blasting up at the lower levels (you have to get to 4th level to first change one of these.) Combat stats (like swords, armor )automatically level up. This is a system i find quite enjoyable.
IN World of Warcraft, if i have read the news right, the stats go up automatically based on your class. This though, is not the mundane skill leveling i look forward to.
The idea of seperate skill points (How you get enough PP hten you have to practice the skill.) is great. i would very much liek you to keep this idea. But, the Value or the abundancy of the PP have to increase. also, the place ment fo attributes and skills in the same group leaves many wonderign whether to put points into skills or attributes.maybe a seperate grouping for the attributes would work.
That's about the only complaint i have about the game, Thank you for hearing (reading?) me out
