blinking tabs

A simple wish: I would like it if new messages in unfocused tabs would cause that tab to blink for a short duration rather than until the tab is focused. For example I find it a little annoying that leaving Hydlaa frequently results in the NPC tab to blink all the way to Ojaveda unless you actively select it. Perhaps the functionality could be changed such that it blinks for 5-10 seconds and then remains lit up until looked at. That way it is not constantly blinking but it is evident there is an unseen message. Also new messages would cause it to blink again for the same period regardless of there being previously unseen messages waiting.

you might actually get a dev to look at this if you put it in the bug tracker as a feature request instead of on the forum

Hmm. Thank you. I may get around to it. Of course, I think it would mean searching both the trackers to see if it had already been requested but that should not deter me. I do tend to procrastinate though.
