account Lost! :? (GM's PLEASE Look)

Hey all of planeshift! i enjoy planeshift a lot im a new user and started about a week ago....and i just tried to sign on but it seams my account doesnt exist anymore.. but i was on last night and the day b4. plz help   if a GM is looking can u check the characters and check for the screen name Zyrribiaks because i know that was one of my accounts on that e mail screen name

1) Are you connected to the internet? (lol, i always ask this most obvious question, and yet it prevails...)

2) Did you misspell your login / password?

3) Is the server online while you were trying to connect?


Otherwise... it shouldn't have been deleted. My account is still there....

yeah it was correct i was connected and the server was up. when ever i attempt to sign in a tap will pop up and say "this account does not exist"    and if u r a GM can u check and see if Zyrribiaks is still a member and if he his can u e-mail me email that he is assigned to?

I know it may be a dumb question but you are entering your account email and password and not the characters name and password correct?  I just got the impression you are trying to login with the name and not the account email address 

If I am wrong you could always look a GM up on the IRC channel for real time help.  Sometimes it works out better than chasing forum posts.

i checked in game, and your char name Zyrribiak is able to be added on my buddy list.

All this means is he exists somewhere...

as far as the account thing, i have no idea, and i don't have the access to the information you're looking for..

hopefully someone who can, will drop by and help you out.. otherwise, i don't know.. keep trying..

Make sure your account name is being entered correctly. it is the email address you used to register.

EDIT: Try all of your emails. Everyone that you've used recently. double check there spelling etc..

Your account exists - chances are you are simply misspelling your login email address. Check that there are no hidden characters in the login box, and try again.
