a very big problem

im using a mac, and whenever i log in to play my character , when the loading has been done, it will spontaneously exit planeshift, but when i created a new character, that problem didnt occur. pls help me solve this problem, i really worked hard for my character and it would be a big waste of time if i wouldnt be able to play my main character.

Try to post in the right section - Technical Help is better suited than General Discussion. Perhaps post the name of your character that doesn't log in properly so that we can move him/her.
