When I was level 7 or 8 in swordmaking, along with level 18 blacksmith, I could produce swords from 165 to 195 quality. Now that I'm level 11 swordmaking and level 22 smith, my sword qualities have reduced to 110 to 140 quality. My level 7 knives and daggers produces daggers from 180 to 190 quality. I doubt this is intended behavior, does anyone else see this?
