I like it for the reasons stated previously...it's not just kill kill kill fall the f**k asleep and still manage to kill with the handy dandy auto attack anything near you feature that makes the game even more stupid because you're not even playing it. That's a bit  specific, feel free to vague it up to fit any game you want. I hate WoW, not because it has 10M people who I believe a lot of them idiots I'm sure, not saying PS doesn't have a few idiots running around either, just not 9M, or anything else of that matter.

I hate it becasue it's just stupid. You have retarded looking rogues and other characters, all dressed in gigantic armor that looks far too big for their bodies, flying ships, and supposedly 'awesome' PvP even though it's very far from being skill based. Feel free to flame me for flaming WoW, I still hate it. Other games I hate for just the kill kill kill parts. WoW though, it's just stupid if you ask me. If I didn't have to shell out my money for it, maybe. Probably not though.

PS is in beta/alpha/whatever it's not important. I don't get why people expect an awesome fully-functional amazing entirely RP oriented MMO. I also don't get why they complain that the game sucks and then when they post they say nothing about the game just about it's bugs...which is stupid, people should know it's buggy when they see alpha/beta.

Hmmm Seems that you truely have not given the game time
or a chance even
Ps is the home of many wonderful people
alot I call friends
unless things have changed with how new members are treated
I cant say it is much different than when I joined
I was welcomed into ps by actually my Guild leader
Rioth
The Dev team Is Remarkable with what they have to work with
Remeber they are not being paid for this
and some maybe all have familys too
With the amount of devs ...weather it is story writing quest writing or even coding
I am proud to call PS my online home and am proud os all that Talad Xillix and Karyuu and  everyone else has achieved
The System is unique
the setting is Great
( granted the server has hickups now and then but show me a computer that does not have hickups now and then)
Ps Cant be that bad Look at the user base every day 100-150 at a time
I agree with everyone here in what they are saying in responce to your post and/me breaks out the fire extenguisher just in case some readers feel the need to flame you  because this is our home you are talking about
and it is rude to come in to ones home and tell them about the faults
It takes more of a person to Respectfully point out issues than some one to title a thread  I came, I saw, I left.
I cant say i saw your name in game and i spend alot of time in game
on at all hours too
so
With all that i said
Dont let the exit button hit you on the way out
Good luck with WOW NWN or what ever your heart guides you too
But With a low appriceation of Ps
no need to be miserable playing this unpolished ol game
( probably upset because you cant just come up and attack like the other games ..you have to be approved to duel)
Anyways thats just speculation

Considering the size of the project and the amount of Devs PS is a marvel or miracle
Thank you ALL for your Hard work
and many nights and days and even whole weekends
With out you the legacy of PS would not exsist
* lorac offers a pat on the back to you guys
Thank you DEVs in all forms

I've run PS on a 400mhz iMac, a, a Dual 1.25ghz G4 MDD, and a Quad Core G5, all in Full Screen mode. Planeshift runs better on a Mac, for me, then it does on any PC I've put it on. Maybe the OP needs to brush up on his basic open source skills a little before he goes and starts bashing a game. Config file maybe?
