Impervious To Attack

Hi, I just made a character and for two days I keep getting the message XYZ Is Impervious To Attack. What's going on? I can't fight any monsters.

It seems you're catching NPCclient, the application that controls all NPC behaviors, at a bad time. That message appears when NPCclient is down for whatever reason - whether maintenance or a crash. I'll see if someone can investigate the current situation, so give it some time.

Nobody who can look into NPCclient is around at the moment, unfortunately. Cross your fingers that someone will be available soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I haven't logged into the game yet  (some evil person sent me to a thread with 35 pgs of videos >^oO^< ) ... have we gotten any word yet about the NPCclient status?
