I can't upload my char

Hi

I\'m doing my char and in the last step it stops.
I type my name and pass and server like this in config

Planeshift.Connection.Server = planeshift.fragnetics.com
Planeshift.Connection.Port = 13331

and after that it stops on loading screen.
What i\'m doing wrong ?
