i try to enter/get password and system says there is no one with my email addres

i try to enter/get/retrieve/resend password with my email and system says there is no one with my email address ... so i try and register and it says that email address is already taken.   tell your planeshift system to make up its mind ... am i or am i not in the system ??  i cant get in the game if it wont send me an email to verify and wont accept the password i have chosen. and the alternative registration site NEVER sends me a verification email ,,, i have checked spam and inbox over and over and requested over and over ... still no email.    d8D

Perhaps you didn't verify your account when you first signed up, and now something is blocking those emails..? Would it be possible for you to try registering another account using another email address? Sorry for the inconvenience!

sometimes mail servers block emails from ever getting to you for some reason, maybe i read that here . yes your best bet would be to use a different email address
