Few questions
« on: November 28, 2007, 06:50:29 am »
I am playing on a Macintosh running OSX.

Is there a way to make the game play fullscreen? So far, I have been playing in a 4 inch by 6 inch window, it's not fun =\
Also, is there a map of the world anywhere I can access?

One more thing =D
Is combat fully operational yet?
I spent 2 minutes swinging at a rat with a sword, and neither of us did anything to each other.
Is that just me being low level, or is it an uncompleted part of the game.

Thank for the help in advance =D

Welcome to PlaneShift!

You should have a program called pssetup, which will allow you to switch to fullscreen and change screen resolutions.

No there isn't like an overhead map, the world right now isn't ideally big so you won't need one.

Try different stances, such as bloody.  You can select your stance through your information window.

Occasionally, fighting NPCs can be hampered by a glitch that'll make them invincible, or incapable of taking damage.  Just be happy it couldn't kill you.  ;D
Try a different rat, or a different day, or a different place.
