i cant log in!

every time i try to log in it says my username does not exist and whaen i put my email in it says the paswords wrong! plz help!

you did reguster at laanx.fragnetics.com/register?
you did confirm the registration?
you erased and reenter the email address in the client?

i registerd and comfirmed an di dont get what you mean by the lad one

where you type in the email and the password in the planeshift client.
sometimes there will be extra hidden characters.

when it launched on the login screen i typed in multiple times

The same thing happens to me to!!!!

I have typed in my email and pass multiple times and,
 made sure that there were no empty spaces but it still says " Invalid Password ".


Any suggestions?

remove tick from remember password if its there  (not that it's helped me login yet   )

Something similar happens to me sometimes during server lag (like at the moment of this writing)
The client seems to send a wrong password; I didn't see a change of the hash in the config file though...
Retyping password is enough for me, restarting the client is not tested yet. Just in case it could be the same that happens to you

ok so I had this same problem and it was making me mad, but if you go to the planeshift main page (planeshift.it) and hit account and register, fill out the info and then go to your mail, make a password then go back and retry it...this helped me, I hope it helps y'all!
