Cannot connect to mirror

Hey all. Im new and decided to give the game a shot. For some reason, I cannot update the game though. The message is as follows:


Checking registry version...
Couldn't connect to mirror mir2
Trying mir1:
mirror 1 lacks a version file, can't use it.
Trying mir2:
mirror 2 lacks a  version file, can't use it
Trying mirror backup:
Mirror lacks version file, ect.

At first I thought it might have been a corrupt mirror host, so I tried several of the listed. Also tried downloading through bittorrent, with same result. I run MS Vista, but just to be stubborn I tried to download the game on our XP comp and still got the same problem.

Would be glad if anyone has a solution to this, thanks in advance.

if you are trying to update... which it looks like you are judging by the error sequence. don't worry about it. 3.20 is good to go fresh out of the box.

Yeah, already stated that I am trying to update in my post. Also, I do believe you're wrong, since without updating, I can only play the human male with very few options to adjust appearance, out of all the available races.

not all races or options are complete yet, there is nothing new to get on the updater and the art has yet to either be made or approved and lately new art is not released till a full client update.
