Tutorial problem

Ok so i was on the last part of the tutorial after i gave the guy the 3 items (certificate,gyph,iron) and the game crashed...but when i log back in i no longer have the items to give him so im stuck in the tutorial....is there anyway to go past this stage so i can get into the game?

send  petition to the GM staff in game and they will be able to assist you.

Also, while waiting, if there is not a GM online, you can try to respond to what he said when you gave the items.

In some cases he remembers receiving the items, you just need to answer the question he asked when you gave them.  The dialog is as follows:

Xargon Guurn says: Ah, welcome to you, and what a wonderful molten iron! Handcrafted with care!
-Xargon chuckles.-
Xargon Guurn says:  Seems as though Sir Ibhaar approved of your ability to defend yourself, good. You also completed your magic training as well. Now, I am going to instruct you on what makes PlaneShift different from many other online games. Are you ready?

So, try targeting him and typing the answer to "Are you ready?" and seeing if he continues on.
